Aqualand Torremolinos
Spain’s first ever water park offers a variety of slides, including the Boomerang, Super Slalom, Crazy Race and 100-metre long Black Hole. The highlight of Aqualand is arguably the vertiginous Kamikaze slide, with its extremely steep 22-metre drop (not for the faint-hearted!). There’s also a mini park for small children, a large wave pool, mini-golf and Jacuzzis. Aqualand has a cafeteria, pizzeria and other fast-food outlets.Opening Times –

Parque Acuatico Mijas
This is smaller and more compact than Aqualand Torremolinos and Aqua Velis. Older kids should enjoy the Kamikaze, Labyrinth Slides and Body Ski, while the Lizard Island and Kiddie Slide are both aimed at younger children. Other attractions include mini-golf, rock-climbing wall and Jacuzzis. The Parque Acuatico Mijas is situated just off the Fuengirola bypass.Opening Times –

Aqua Velis
This large water park is located opposite the El Ingenio shopping mall near Torre del Mar. Aqua Velis has a good choice of attractions, including two very fast slides, an inflatable ring ride and a couple of large pools, one of which has a wave machine. There’s also a paddling pool for small children, a cafeteria and a sunbathing area.
